What are the fees?

Fees are based on income. For people with income below $80000, the fee is $150 and for people with income over $80000, the fee is $190.

Ellis is a Medicare provider. To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you will need a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). The current rebate for counselling with a psychologist is $96.65.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations that occur more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time can be re-booked at no cost.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee.

• Clients who make a booking and fail to present will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the agreed fee.

• Where there are extenuating circumstances which have impacted cancellations, please discuss this with Ellis.

• Cancellations fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or private health insurance.
