My counselling style is non-directive which means I follow the lead of the person I am working with and walk beside them in their journey. I use integrative therapy which means I draw from the different therapies and frameworks that I have been trained in and have experience with. I have a neuro-affirming, gender-affirming, and collaborative approach and like to work together to find what it is that will be most helpful. Something I aim to do is to support you in finding your voice, believing that we can often find the answers to the questions we have inside us and sometimes we need some support to tune in. I have lived experience through my own intersectionality and journey that I strive to gain insights from so that I can provide a safe and welcoming space for others.
